Privacy Policy: Waitlist Kit

AD Tech Services, India ("we") runs Waitlist Kit at https://waitlist.adtechservices.in. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We act as the data controller (or "data fiduciary" under India's DPDP Act) for account data, and as a processor for content you upload for your own users where that applies.
What we collect

We don't sell personal data. We don't use it for advertising.
Who processes it (sub-processors)
Cloudflare (hosting, database, storage), Dodo Payments (payments, tax), Resend (email), PostHog (product analytics), Sentry (error tracking), Google (sign-in). They process data only to provide their service to us.
AI processing
We don't send your content to AI providers.
How long we keep it
Account data: while your account is active, then deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Signup emails stay until the waitlist owner deletes the list or their account. Payment records: as long as tax law requires (kept by Dodo Payments and us).
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority. Delete your account from Settings, or email hello@mail.adtechservices.in. We reply within 30 days.
Cookies
We use necessary cookies to keep you logged in. Our analytics run without cookies by default.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access is limited to what's needed to run the Service. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we'll tell you promptly.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country (for example in the US or EU) under their standard data protection terms.
Children
The Service is not for anyone under 18.

We'll post updates here and email you about significant changes.
