Refund Policy: Waitlist Kit

• 14-day refund, no questions. If you're not happy within 14 days of a purchase, email hello@mail.adtechservices.in or use the Dodo Payments receipt link, and we'll refund you in full.
• Subscriptions: cancel anytime from the billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Renewals can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date.
• Credit packs: unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days. Partly used packs are refunded for the unused part.
• One-time purchases (e.g. database access): refundable within 14 days.
• Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show up.
• We may refuse refunds in cases of clear abuse (e.g. repeated purchase-and-refund).
